PRIMAVERA BSS announced that it reached in 2014 a consolidated turnover of 19.5 million euros, corresponded to an increase of 9% compared to 2013. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) recorded a 4% growth over the previous year, having been set in 2014, at 4 million euros, which represented 21% of the turnover achieved.

The international activity contributed with 8.3 million euros to the total turnover achieved in 2014, representing a 45% weight. PRIMAVERA is present in Spain, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe and the United Arab Emirates, and these markets registered a growth of 14% compared to 2013.

The year 2014 was marked by the entry into the Middle East with the opening of a branch in Dubai; by moving to a new headquarters in Braga, an investment of about 6 million; and the release of version 9 of ERP PRIMAVERA, a version supported by hybrid technology that offers businesses the best of both worlds: the local installation of software and its integration with the Cloud, enhancing connectivity between companies and access to a set of services available in a Cloud environment.

"The year 2014 was a very significant year for PRIMAVERA and for its partners that even in a crisis environment, managed to secure a remarkable growth in all the markets where we operate," says Co-CEO of PRIMAVERA BSS, José Dionísio. "On the other hand, the result of investment in new headquarters has remarkably marked the day to day business and those who work there. Finally, we are pleased to note that, after three very demanding years from the point of view of product development, with a view to responding to tax requirements, the legislative flow seems to have decreased, enabling the company to put focus on developing new features that add real value to our customers. "

Growth Drivers for 2015

Over the next three years, PRIMAVERA expects to complete the development of its new 100% web based ERP technology, and gradually transform their business models on the basis of a reality that increasingly uses software as a service.

The focus on the middle market will continue to be one of the growth drivers for PRIMAVERA, as highlights José Dionisio. "PRIMAVERA has shown remarkable growth with the medium and large businesses as a result of the strengthening of our choice of vertical solutions and the requirements of our partners to this segment. In this context, this market will continue to guide our strategy in the next three years and at the same time, we will continue to respond to the micro and small business needs. "

Internationally, PRIMAVERA intends to continue its growth strategy with the entry into new markets.
